Manage a nine-bed sober home for men. Make sure medications are available 2x per day, clients responsible for taking their own meds
Make sure chores are delegated out and change every week
Provide a mandatory house meeting
Make sure clients follow curfew
Making sure clients meet their housing responsibilities and treatment responsibilities
Self help groups at least 3x per week
In some form of treatment, IOP, OP, Individual Counseling
High School Graduate
At least 2-3 years in recovery
