This training will highlight the importance of some foundational ethical considerations and concepts. We will:
- Discuss and better understand the Peer role and responsibilities.
- Discuss and better understand the Peer Support framework and philosophy.
- Define and explore the importance of boundary management.
- Discuss, define, and practice making ethical considerations, and ethical decisions.
- Explore the Principles of ethical decision making.
- Develop and practice maintaining healthy boundaries.
- Practice our newly acquired Ethical skills.
