Integrated Forensic Peer Recovery Specialist (i-FPRS) endorsement training provides educational support for the Certified Peer Recovery Specialist seeking knowledge, skills, and abilities in assisting individuals who have been involved with the criminal justice system. Applicants must currently hold a CPRS certification to participate in this endorsement training. There are 24 CEU’s given for this endorsement training.

In order to qualify for the Forensic Peer Recovery Specialist (i-FPRS), the applicant must first currently hold a valid CPRS credential. Other requirements are as follows:
- Applicant must complete the 24 hour i-FPRS training/education curriculum
- Applicant is required to complete 50 service hours in a Forensic service position/environment
- Obtain at least 5 documented Forensic supervision hours (at least one hour of supervision) while working/volunteering in a Forensic service position/environment by a Registered Peer Supervisor
