Designing a Youth and Young Engagement Funnel
Overview
OOOMD is thrilled to host this two-hour virtual, interactive training aimed to provide your organization or program with a framework for improving and fostering authentic youth engagement. This training is open to any and all community-based programs, behavioral health stakeholders, peer support specialists that are seeking to engage more young adults in events, services, etc. Facilitating this will be expert panelists Dr. Tonicia Freeman Foster, Project Director & Change Consultant NTTAC and Change Matrix and Tajhah Kittling, M.S., CBHCM, Founder of Kittling Consulting.
The goals for this training are to:
- Support staff working with youth and young adults in developing/enhancing processes for fostering engagement with youth and young adults at an event and service level and then engaging them in program decision-making and leadership levels.
- Discuss opportunities for engaging the community and "non-traditional" partners in supporting the program's events.
- Develop a tailored plan of action to enhance engagement at all levels with young people in your communities.
