Overview

Group Facilitation Skills for Behavioral Interventions is a 1-day course that provides tools, techniques and principles for effective group-level facilitation. The course helps facilitators to clarify the roles and responsibilities of the facilitator, differentiate counterparts like trainer, consultant, etc., establish capability requirements of a facilitator, and develop communication skills intended for group level facilitation. The training is highly interactive, using a model and practice approach to impart knowledge and enhance skills. **Please note: The October 2 training is offered ONLY as part of the larger Sexual Health in Recovery Facilitator Certification course. This date is not available for registration for those who want to take only this single training. Additional training dates for this module will be available in 2025.**
