This training will give (PRC) Peer Recovery Coaches the skills to engage with the individuals they serve within their organization that has suffered from some trauma, along with knowing their role and staying in their lane. Giving the PRC the awareness of secondary trauma and compassion fatigue will provide the PRC with the information that will help them know when to take care of themselves for the sake of burnout.
